Class Overview: We will start from the very basics of investing and the stock market in general and clarify everything you need to know to make the right investing decisions for you. You will go from confused to knowledgeable. From conflicted to clear. By the last session, you will even have a custom plan for your life specifically that shows you how and where to invest based on your life goals. Why you should take this class:

The financial world is like an obstacle course full of things to avoid, skip over, and run past but you have to understand exactly how to do that to win with money. Courses can help but 95% of them are not good. Too many courses don't properly define the terms and concepts that are used in the financial world. They dive into the details without explaining what the heck is happening! Others claim to be a complete investing course but are less than 25 minutes long. You can’t cover everything needed to invest in that short of time. Most are just about the most boring thing in the universe to watch! This course was made so that no one is left behind and every confusing concept is explained. AND it's entertaining to watch!

This class is for someone wanting to learn more about stock market investing, especially if you still have unanswered questions about how investing works or what decisions you should make. You can be completely new to the concept of investing or more familiar and still have fun taking the course while learning a lot. 

Materials/Resources:

Bring your favorite pen. Nothing special is needed here, but I do recommend printing the course project workbook and taking notes! I made a stellar class project to help you do just that. It is a HUGELY valuable accompaniment to the class, not only to help you retain more knowledge but also to serve as a reference for you to have for years to come. You will have personalized answers to all your investing questions like: Which investing account is best for me? What investments make me the most money? What's the deal with short-term capital gains again? 

But why spend the time?: You absolutely can read dozens of books, do research online, consult experts, and synthesize all you find over the span of years to learn everything in this course on your own. It took me 12 years to really digest the financial world to get to this point.
